Credit union employees who want to learn about the legal and safety and soundness issues surrounding home appraisals can sign up for NAFCU's webcast on "New Home Valuation Code of Conduct Elements & Requirements."
The webcast, which will be broadcast live from NAFCU's headquarters next Wednesday, April 22, 2-3:30 p.m. EDT., will deal with statutory and regulatory appraisal requirements as well as the safety and soundness issues of appraisals.
It will cover key elements of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct and the implications of recent changes to the code. There will also be a discussion of Fannie Mae requirements.

The webcast will be moderated by Teri Peulen, senior vice president and division manager of Prime Valuation Services, who is also presenting. Other speakers include:
