Educational Community Credit Union, Kalamazoo, Mich., announced the credit union's 2009 scholarship program offering 21 scholarships. ECCU scholarships are based on academic achievement, financial need, extracurricular activates, community involvement and a written essay. Students applying for the award must be ECCU members.
