OmniAmerican Bank, the former OmniAmerican Credit Union, headquartered in Fort Worth is one of the financial institutions that was allegedly hacked by a noted hacker who has been arrested in Canada and awaits extradition.

According to an affidavit filed in the case against Ehud Tenenbaum, a 29 year old Israeli hacker whose previous claim to fame had been when he hacked into computer systems in the Pentagon, Tenenbaum allegedly hacked into OmniAmerican's systems in January and February 2008, roughly two years after the former credit union began doing business as a bank.

In hacks at OmniAmerican and another card issuer, Tenenbaum allegedly stole debit and credit card numbers which were then used to fraudulently steal over $1 million, the court paper alleged.
