As some commercial properties continue to face foreclosures, Nevada Federal Credit Union is one of 130 merchants that are tenants at a newly-constructed $120 million, 731,799-square-foot retail complex.
Developed by Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers Corp., the Deer Springs Town Center is anchored by a Target store, Home Depot and a Toys R Us. The $797 million Nevada FCU along with Ross, Staples, PetSmart, AT&T and Party City are just a few of the center's tenants. Clark County officials are counting on a new beltway interchange to drive residents to the new complex in North Las Vegas.
The Deer Springs Town Center is located near Park Highlands, a community in one of the nation's fastest growing ZIP codes, according to county officials.
