Teachers Federal Credit Union, Farmingville, N.Y., named Stephen Kohlmann assistant vice president-investments. Kohlmann will now be responsible for directing and managing investment operations for the credit union. He will monitor regulatory trends and internal activities to ensure compliance with the current laws. Prior to joining TFCU in 2008, Kohlmann was vice president-portfolio management at OmniCap Group.
Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, Harrisburg, Pa., named Corinne Sherman vice president, fee services. Sherman will be overseeing the cards department, shared branching and the sales force. Sherman has been with the organization since 1986. Russell Evans has been promoted to assistant vice president, business development. He will be in charge of vendor relationships. Evans has been with the organization since 2007. Monika Scott has been promoted to senior account executive. She will be responsible for working with credit unions in the western portion of the state. Scott has been with the organization since 2001. Christina Mihalik has been promoted to vice president, governmental affairs. She has been with the organization since 2000. Christine Seitz has been named director, political affairs and fundraising. Seitz joined the organization in 2006. Diane Powell will now direct the communications department.
MCT Federal Credit Union, Rockville, Md., announced the promotion of Robin Bates to vice president lending. Bates has been with the credit union since 2008 and recently served as mortgage operations manager.
SOUTH
Credit Union of Georgia, Woodstock, Ga., announced the promotion of Donna Perkins to regional manager of southern territories of the credit union. Perkins has been with the credit union since 1995. Heath Yawn has been made regional manager of the northern territories of the credit union. Yawn has been with the credit union since 2006. The credit union also created a new position to better support operations. The new position of loss prevention specialist, has been given to Crystal Cross. Cross will act as a liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in cases of fraud as well as handle security training at the credit union. Cross has been at the credit union for over two years. The credit union also announced that Ray Quinn has been named senior underwriter. Quinn will have authority over loan products offered at the credit union.

Atlanta Postal Credit Union, Atlanta, announced the promotion of Chuck Head to chief operations officer and executive vice president. Head has been with the credit union for 20 years and most recently served as the vice president of lending.
MIDWEST
US Federal Credit Union, Burnsville Minn., announced that Tom Ries will be the new director of member business lending. Ries has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He most recently held the position of vice president with Premier Bank. The credit union also announced that Janelle Stockwell will be the new branch manager for the Burnsville branch. Stockwell has been in the banking industry for seven years.
BOK Financial Mortgage Company, Tulsa, Okla., has named Ben Cowen as president of its mortgage arm, BOK Mortgage. Cowen brings over 25 years of mortgage banking experience with him. Most recently Cowen was with Lending Tree as its national sales director.
WEST
MaPS Credit Union, Salem Ore., hired Jill Nowacki as vice president of development. In her new role, she will oversee marketing, business development and public relations among other responsibilities. Nowacki has been working with credit unions since 2001. She most recently served as executive director of Credit Union House in Washington, D.C.
Redwood Credit Union, Santa Rosa, Calif., has named Wade Painter as their new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Painter has more than 26 years of credit union, accounting, finance and risk-management experience.
