Credit unions can soon access the most current information on regulatory issues in the latest edition of Compliance, A Journal for Credit Unions. CUNA Mutual is offering a free online version of this special edition, which is due out in late March, at www.cunamutual.com/freeissue.
The compliance journal will contain information on a variety of timely issues, including: Regulation Z, an update on new federal law prohibiting deceptive credit card practices; a roundup of new and
proposed mortgage disclosures; and the newest guidelines of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
