ELIZABETHTON, Ky. – iPay Technologies said it has signed $532 million Vantage Credit Union of Bridgeton, Mo., and $977 million Royal Credit Union of Eau Claire, Wis., as users of the company's consumer bill pay and small business services.

John Perry, iPay's president/CEO, said the five-year agreements calls for his company (www.ipaytechnologies.com) to provide the credit unions with bill pay adoption and transaction services and marketing.

Vantage CU (www.vcu.com) serves 19 counties in the St. Louis area and has about 100,000 members. Royal CU serves 18 counties in Wisconsin and has about 113,000 members. iPay Technologies provides Internet bill pay services to more than 2,700 financial institutions.
