SANDUSKY, Ohio — Vacationland Federal Credit Union said it will convert its core processing operation to the CU*BASE system from CU*Answers this fall.
The Sandusky-based credit union's CEO, Kevin Ralofsky, cited “depth and breadth of products and services” and the opportunity for an ownership stake in the CUSO behind the move.
The $110 million, 14,500-member CU currently uses a core processing platform from R.C. Olmstead Inc., according to its 5300 Call Report with the NCUA.
CU*Answers is a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based CUSO that now has a client list of 165 credit unions.
