WASHINGTON — CUNA's loss is Dupaco Community Credit Union's gain.CUNA Vice President of Editorial Communication David Klavitter is going back to his old stomping grounds, albeit in a job with much more responsibility.As of Feb. 9, Klavitter will be senior vice president, marketing and communication of Dupaco Community Credit Union in Dubuque, Iowa.Klavitter was a member of Dupaco's marketing staff from 1996-1999 before he joined CUNA.He earned a bachelor's degree in communication and journalism from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls and an MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.–[email protected]
