RALEIGH, N.C. – State Employees' Credit Union has launched its mobile banking service.
Members of the nation's second-largest credit union can now check balances, view transactions, transfer funds and pay bills through any of more than 13,000 handheld devices, the credit union said. It also provides location information on the $16 billion credit union's 223 branches and more than 1,000 ATMs.
Nearly 25,000 of SECU's nearly 1.5 million members already had signed up for the Mobile Access service before it was formally announced, said Rick Rhoads, senior vice president of e-services at SECU (www.ncsecu.org).
