WASHINGTON – CUNA Vice President of Editorial Communication David Klavitter is going back to his old stomping grounds, albeit in a job with much more responsibility.
As of February 9, Klavitter will be senior vice president, marketing and communication of Dupaco Community Credit Union in Dubuque, Iowa.
Klavitter was a member of Dupaco's marketing staff from 1996-1999, before he joined CUNA.

He earned a bachelor's degree in communication and journalism from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.
"David is knowledgeable, exceptionally talented, and is passionate about Dupaco and the mission of credit unions.
