ROCHESTER, Minn. — Managing through the recession will be the topic of discussion from First Alliance Credit Union at a business survival summit this month.

The $96 million credit union's President/CEO Kelly McDonough, along with Leigh Johnson, CEO of Custom Alarm, will be the keynote speakers at the Jan. 27 session. Both will discuss how each of their respective businesses is handling operations during the economic downturn. Augsburg College professors are also scheduled to share insights on marketing and strategic strategies.

The free event, which will take place at the Bethel Lutheran Church, is sponsored by Augsburg College, the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rochester's Post-Bulletin.
