COVENTRY, R.I. — Adam Quinlan, the newly-hired vice president of Coventry Credit Union's new commercial services division, brings several different perspectives to the job.

Prior to joining the $224 million CU as vice president of commercial services, Quinlan owned and operated a local firm that specialized in commercial financing. He has also provided consultative services for the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, where he has assisted small business owners in overcoming various challenges, according to Coventry. Quinlan's career experience included senior financial analyst and certified financial auditor positions as Fortune 500 companies.

Coventry said it launched its commercial services division to bring business deposits, online services and business lending to members.
