WASHINGTON — A New Jersey Credit Union League program to helpsmaller credit unions has been awarded a $30,000 innovation grantfrom the National Credit Union Foundation. This is the 7th of 14NCUF innovation grants this year.

The foundation's innovation grants support its real solutionsprogram. Winning grant applications will fund initiatives infinancial education, transaction services, savings, credit or homeownership, the foundation has said.

The League's small credit union task force both supports smallercredit unions and brings them perspectives and information fromlarger credit unions as well to use in strategic planning,according to a Foundation announcement about the grant.
