BATON ROUGE, La. — With the signing of its first commercial loanto a local towing company, Neighbors Federal Credit Union recentlylaunched its new business services division.

The $360 million credit union now offers a line of businessdeposit and loan products and services to its field of membershipin East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, WestFeliciana, Ascension, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena andLivingston parishes, said Eddie Vollenweider, business servicesmanager, Neighbors FCU.

With the loan, Tri-State Towing and Recovery LLC, a locallyowned provider of towing and recovery services, expects to expandto national roadside assistance programs.
