WASHINGTON — NAFCU is sponsoring its 17th annual Management Development Institute at the Chauncey Conference Center in Princeton, N.J., Nov. 3-7.

The institute is an intensive and interactive organizational management program that gives credit union senior and mid-level managers the opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills and connect with other credit union professionals. MDI classroom sessions will explore subjects ranging from human resources and administration to regulatory compliance. The sessions will feature situations in which students work with their peers in simulating typical credit union leadership scenarios.

The speakers include Thomas Glatt, president/CEO of Continental FCU; Michael Lussier, president/CEO of Webster First FCU; Todd Werner, vice president of marketing for Affinion Group; and Tom Desot, executive vice president of vulnerability research and regulatory affairs for Digital Defense
