|In addition, employer benefits such as health and retirementplans are seen as important but primarily for future rather thanpresent needs. Many employees have financial needs that requireassistance here and now.
|According to ISCEBS President/Mosse & Mosse AssociatesSenior Vice President Phillip Grisafi, there is a definite need foremployers to provide programs that help employees with personalmoney management and most employees surveyed said they wouldwelcome financial information from their workplace.
