MONETT, Mo. — Thirty new credit unions joined the Symitar client list in the fiscal year that ended June 30, according to corporate owner Jack Henry & Associates Inc.

The company said 27 of the deployments replaced competitive platforms with the Symitar Episys system; 25 of those in-house and two as a service bureau. Three credit unions went with the Cruise platform for smaller credit unions; two of them in-house and one outsourced to the California-based Symitar division.

More than 700 credit unions now run on Symitar platforms, including 30% of the 127 credit unions exceeding $1 billion in assets, the company said.
