DENVER — To better utilize a number of resources, Gateway Services Group LLC, an insurance, investment and trust management CUSO, has opened its consolidated Program Resource Center.
The center will be located under one roof in Gateways' Denver tech center area. Prior to its creation, the CUSO's support team was operating from multiple locations.
“Bringing all the Program Resource Center employees under one roof will allow us to provide better support to our credit unions and their members, better utilize our technology and people and provide better cross-training and back-up within this important team,” said Scott Jentz, president/CEO of Gateway.
In April, Allied Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Securian Financial Group Inc., bought Gateway's direct mail operation. The sale was composed primarily of accidental death and dismemberment insurance administered by Affinion Group and produced at 40 credit unions. Allied Solutions said it will service the accounts and support new credit union direct mail business through a marketing arrangement with Gateway.
