AUSTIN, Texas — The Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association (CUISPA) said it is partnering with the Association of Corporate Credit Unions (ACCU) and has upgraded its credit unions alerts system.
The CUISPA's communications forums have been upgraded to enhance the peer-to-peer alert system used to notify credit union IT departments and risk officers of online and other threats.
Meanwhile, the CUISPA (www.cuispa.org) and ACCU (www.corporatenetwork.org) have partnered in an online knowledge exchange among IT risk officers at corporate credit unions.
Registered corporate staffers will be verified prior to access and then can post questions, provide comments and exchange feedback with peers, according to Kelly Dowell, CUISPA executive director. The free service also includes RSS feeds and e-mail notifications, Dowell said.
