AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — In four years, Digital Dialogue has reached the century mark in credit unions using its call center services.
The provider of 24/7 call center operations and software solutions said it signed $175 million Clearstar Financial Credit Union of Reno, Nev., as the 100th client for its call center services.
Hanscom AFB FCU in Massachusetts, Service FCU in New Hampshire and Los Angeles FCU were the first three call center clients, going live in the third quarter of 2004.

Now the 100 clients serve about 5.4 million members and have total assets of more than $63 billion, the company said.
More than 100 other credit unions use Digital Dialogue's lending, new member enrollment and other services. The company now is a part of PSCU Financial Services.
