GOSHEN, Ind. — Farm Bureau Credit Union is joining the growing ranks of credit unions opting for a new name.
The name change has been a year in the making since the American Farm Bureau Federation asked the credit union to change its name.
After 76 years, the credit union will now be known as Interra Credit Union. The new name, which combines “In” representing Indiana and “terra” meaning land, reflects the credit union's commitment to the community while honoring its agricultural roots.
