CHICAGO, Ill. — Noted CU card consultant Ondine Irving's CardAnalysis Solutions will offer its inaugural School of Credit CardManagement in Chicago in December of this year.
The three day school will feature an address by noted managementconsultant Rex Johnson and presentations on card program managementfrom credit unions which have learned to manage their own cardprograms successfully, according to a flier Card Analysis ispreparing about the School.
Irving described the School's approach as one which seeks toempower credit unions to become more knowledgeable about theircredit card program and more active in managing to profitabilityand greater member satisfaction.
