ST. LOUIS — Design/build firm Clayco, Inc. has won the St. Louis Business Journal "Best Places to Work Award" for the third year in a row and entered the "Best Place to Work Hall of Fame."
In order to qualify for the Hall of Fame, a company must have previously won first place in the contest and must have finished among the top three in its size category this year. Clayco has won the Best Places To Work award for the past three years since the St. Louis Business Journal started giving the award.
Companies are judged for the "Best Places to Work Award" based upon employee survey results. Over 200 companies in the St. Louis region submitted surveys.
