AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Digital Dialogue (www.digital-dialogue.com) has added a new executive position–director of member experience.
Tracy Blakely, a veteran of 20 years of leadership and employee training experience, will oversee management and employee professional development and call center training.
Blakely had been training manager and corporate trainer for ACN Inc. in nearby Farmington Hills, Mich., a worldwide multi-level marketing telecommunications services provider, the company said.
Digital Dialogue, a PSCU Financial Services company, provides 24/7 call center and software solutions to more than 200 credit unions and the Financial Services Center Cooperative.
