EAST GRADY, Conn. – Turnkey insurance agencysolutions provider Banc Insurance Services founder/PresidentJeffrey Chesky and a group of private investors has purchased thecompany from Jack, Henry Associates.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BIS was founded in 1999 and was purchased by JHA in 2004. BISdelivers entirely outsourced insurance agency sales and serviceoperations for financial institutions nationwide.
