PITTSBURGH -- For the second time this year, Clearview FederalCredit Union has expanded its nonmember checking cashingservices.

The $650 million credit union has included the service at itsCenter Township, Chippewa, and Hopewell Township branches. Arearesidents can cash payroll and government checks for a fee of $2per check. Residents do not need to be a member of or have anaccount at the credit union, according to Clearview.

Residents need a valid driver's license or government-issuedphoto ID and general personal information will be required in orderto cash a check. Payroll and government checks in the maximumamount of $1,500 are accepted.

In April, Clearview started offering the check cashing serviceat its Brentwood and Kennedy Township branches. Nonmembers can nowcash their checks at seven of the credit union's branches.
