WASHINGTON — Eddie Haskell is part of the credit unionmovement.


Ken Osmond, who played the too-eager-to-please character on thetelevision series “Leave It to Beaver” and a credit union member.'will speak at a CUNA reception during next month's meeting of theNational Conference of State Legislatures.


CUNA expects 500 legislators and their guests to attend thereception, which is part of the conference's annual meeting in NewOrleans.


Osmond played the mischievous friend of Beaver's older brotherWally during the series, which ran from 1958 to 1963 and is stillshown in reruns. After leaving acting, he spent 18 years as anofficer in the Los Angeles Police Department. He now manages rentalproperties in the Los Angeles.
