RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Gerry Agnes, who recently served aspresident and chief operating officer of $1 billion Altura CreditUnion, has transitioned to chief financial officer, marking one ofseveral key management changes announced today.

Agnes also held various posts at Altura, including president ofAltura Group, Inc. and Patrion Insurance Services, Inc. JenniferBinkley, formerly president of Auto Expert, a subsidiary of Altura,has moved over to the credit union and is now its new chiefoperating officer. Binkley has led Auto Expert's growth since 2003.Chris Andrus, vice president of Auto Expert, has been named its newpresident.

In making the announcement, Altura's CEO Mark Hawkins said todaythat the difficulties throughout the financial services industryare creating opportunities for those willing to take the stepsnecessary to pursue them.
