HANSCOM AFB, Mass. — Hanscom FCU recently celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated Natick branch with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Natick is the latest location to be brought in line with Hanscom FCU's commitment to a more personal approach to financial services. Like the four previous renovations, Hanscom FCU's Natick location now features a member service area where members can sit privately and comfortably with a Hanscom FCU representative. The entryway was redesigned to create a welcoming atmosphere, and members may take advantage of a free coin counting machine and a conference room.

"We have always taken pride in providing first-rate service to our Natick-area members, and are thrilled they now have a facility to match," said Hanscom FCU Board Chairman Paul Marotta.

The celebration also featured surprise rewards for staff at Natick Army Labs, the employee group served by the Natick branch. All 1,200 employees received Scan 'N' Win cards, each assuring a prize ranging in value from $2 to $500. A winner of the grand prize–either $1,000 cash or a 32-inch LCD Panasonic television–will be announced on June 27.

In addition to the giveaway, members from all branches may receive gifts when they open or upgrade their checking account.

"Being mindful that what benefits one branch benefits all, it's just as satisfying to include all our members in the celebration," Marotta added.
