PITTSFIELD, Mass. — In a bid to help local businesses offer competitive benefit packages, Greylock Insurance Agency has expanded its services to offer employer health plans.
The latest Greylock Federal Credit Union CUSO move is designed to help local businesses in selecting a health insurance plan that is a right fit for their particular organization.
Group Health Insurance specialist Jeff Naughton has joined the agency as a vice president.

"Given the ongoing changes is the health insurance industry, such as the new Massachusetts Health Care Law, many employers in the Berkshires do not have the staff or the time to keep abreast of the health care environment. We can do that for them.For employers large or small, Greylock Insurance brings a resource of experience and expertise to their human resource team," said Naughton.
Naughton brings 23 years of experience to Greylock, 15 of which were with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and eight years with his own firm associated with Gallup & Casey in North Adams. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.
In 2007 Greylock Insurance purchased the insurance business of Gallup & Casey Insurance Services Inc. The agency now has 25 insurance professionals and handles commercial and personal lines sales, group life, group dental, group disability insurance as well as claims service and premium payments.
