GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- The Michigan Credit Union League and theSt. Lucia Credit Union Co-operative League form the latest WorldCouncil of Credit Unions international partnership, made officiallast week at the MCUL's Annual Convention.
The partnership will help support WOCCU's technical assistanceproject in St. Lucia, one designed to shore up the country's creditunions so they can provide stronger support to the island'sfarmers.
The MCUL will help the island league evaluate its agriculturallending programs, said Matt Garcia, WOCCU program manager.
