SAN DIMAS, Calif. — WesCorp announced a shift in its executivestaff yesterday, naming Jim Hayes chief financial officer andsenior vice president, promoting Tony Kitt to executive vicepresident of Member Services, and creating a couple of newpositions.

Hayes replaces longtime CFO Todd Lane, who left to take the CEOjob at Executive Compensation Solutions last month. He takes over adepartment that oversees Finance and Accounting, Facilities andAdministration, and Human Resources.

Kitt is in charge of a new Member Services Department, whichincludes IT, marketing, member services and support, and businessdevelopment.

WesCorp CEO Bob Siravo said he would now be looking to fill twopositions: senior vice president of payment systems and chief ofstaff.

“The void (Lane) leaves behind creates an opportunity for us tolook at the current structure of the organization and make positiveadjustments,” Siravo said. “This is a continuing evolution of wherewe are going with our client-centric culture.”
