DES MOINES, Iowa — The $119 million Pacific Resource CreditUnion has signed a long-term contract and converted its ATM anddebit card processing to The Members Group, making the DesMoines-based financial services organization Pacific Resource'scomplete card services provider.

The credit union was already a client of TMG's for otherprocessing products, the CUSO, which is affiliated with the IowaCredit Union League, said.

“TMG is a natural selection for us, as they have been processingour credit and gift cards since 2001,” said James McHale,president/CEO of Pacific Resource. “Everyone here is excited aboutthe ease of this conversion and our ability to quickly respond tomembers' questions. We look forward to providing our members with aseamless transition.”

According to Jerahian, close interaction with Pacific Resourcemade it clear that consolidation of all card products would createboth efficiencies and value for the credit union. TMG has clientrelations directors assigned to every credit union it serves andmakes visits a regular priority.
