LAS VEGAS — A unanimous vote has made WestStar Credit Union's former Audit Committee Chairman Jeff Pero chairman of the board.
A WestStar CU member since 2002, Pero is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University with a BSBA degree in accounting. He is currently a partner at the accounting firm of Bradshaw, Smith & Co. LLP and was a manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Philadelphia prior to moving to Las Vegas.
Pero is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and two CPA societies. He is a licensed CPA in five states and has served on the WestStar audit committee for six years.

The remaining members of the WestStar CU board include Kevin Orrock, vice chairman; Ron Ryan, secretary; John Marino, treasurer; and Craig Hawkins, board director.
In addition, the board has appointed the following to the audit committee: Douglas Michael as audit committee chair and members Meywn Gupton, Mark Fletcher and F.R. Crane.
