LINDEN, N.J. — Five more credit unions have contracted with Integrated Media Management to use its teller item-capture product, the company said.
They are $261 million Security FCU of Flint, Mich.; $265 million DuPage CU of Naperville, Ill.; $276 million First Community FCU of Parchment, Mich.; $742 million US FCU of Burnsville, Minn.; and $2.6 billion Police & Fire FCU of Philadelphia.
IMM said all five are in various stages of implementing the solution, which interfaces the teller platform with back-end software that embeds checks into an indexed PDF that includes a receipt and member identification and an electronic cash letter for distribution to the Fed, corporate credit union or other endpoints.

"We have been researching vendors over the past year to determine how best to transition to Check 21. Once we decided to implement teller item capture, our search was narrowed to vendors offering solutions especially for the credit union industry," said Debbie Lange, senior vice president of support services at DuPage CU (www.dupagecu.com).
