ELGIN, Ill. -- Lending Solutions Inc. said it has signed up three more credit unions as clients of its member service center in Elgin.
They include the two CUs that serve USCs on either side of the country: the $55 million Carolina Collegiate FCU at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and the $302 million USC Credit Union at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Also newly signed up for LSI's 24/7 member service contact center solution is the $315 million Carolinas Telco FCU in Charlotte, N.C.
LSI launched the comprehensive member service solution in September 2006 as an ancillary to its National Loan Processing Center, offering after-hours, weekend and overflow coverage.
The company (www.lendingsolutions.com) now provides lending and other member services to more than 300 credit unions, banks and mortgage companies through its call center in Elgin.
