REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Provident Credit Union will soon berunning its online banking on a platform from Online ResourcesCorp.

The $1.6 billion CU will be using the Virginia-based company'sArchitect Internet banking solution as an in-house solution, aswell as its bill pay, ACH, account opening, online lending andbusiness banking services and its MoneyHQ personal financialmanagement solution.

E-statements, check imaging, remote deposit capture andelectronic statements also are included, according to OnlineResources (www.orcc.com).

The conversion is expected to take place in mid-2008, thecompany and credit union said.

Provident currently is using the Corillian online bankingsolution, according to the 2007 Credit Union Technology Survey fromCallahan & Associates.
