LUDLOW, Mass. — Luso Federal Credit Union said it is converting to a core processing system from COCC to handle the growth the CU expects to see from a dramatic increase in its field of membership.
The $147 million CU's field of membership has been expanded from the town of Ludlow to all of Hampden County, or from about 23,000 people to 461,000 people.
"We knew this would increase our members' demands for products and services, and we wanted a technology partner who could accommodate every need for financial services that our members might have," said Jennifer M. G. Calheno, CEO at 6,100-member Luso Federal (www.lusofederal.com).
