NEW BRIGHTON, Minn. — Pamela O'Connell has been elected to the board of CU Companies, a CUSO owned by more than 70 Minnesota credit unions.

Established in 1987, CU Companies provides real estate, business lending, investment and vehicle acquisition services.

O'Connell is the president/CEO of $77.3 million Heartland Credit Union. Her election to CU Companies' board was announced at the CUSO's annual meeting on Feb. 26.
