WALTHAM, Mass. — Wolters Kluwer Financial Services is offering a new anti-fraud platform that includes tools specifically aimed at identifying and tracking internal problems in real time.
“Wiz Sentri: Anti-Fraud Platform is a comprehensive solution that targets fraud where it most often starts, within the institution,” said Todd Cooper, vice president and general manager of the Financial Intelligence Unit at Wolters Kluwer.
The solution monitors any application, including mainframe, client/server and Web, in real time, “listening to the network” and looking for fraudulent trends and behaviors, the company said.
The system does not require integration with core processing systems, provides easy rules customization that permits analysis of user behavior, and uses real-time alerts and an archiving system.
The anti-fraud module is based on technology licensed from Intellinx and is the first in Wolters Kluwer's comprehensive product and services anti-fraud solutions, the company said.
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services is a provider of compliance, workflow and documentation solutions to credit unions, banks, and other financial services organizations.
