DALLAS — TNB Card Services, the card portfolio management arm of credit union owned Town North Bank, has brought another executive on board to help manage its steadily growing business.
The firm named Mark Fenner as senior vice president and national sales manager. In this leadership position, Fenner is responsible for developing new business for TNB's credit and debit card processing business, as well as its agent issuing services.
TNB experienced significant growth in 2007, expanding its client base by 79 new partnerships. TNB's high performance card platform and its expertise and success in growing card programs has fueled interest from credit unions from coast to coast.

Fenner is a 20-year sales operations veteran with a successful history in high tech sales, consulting, and client management. His experience spans the financial services and technology industries, in which he managed and led sales teams in initiating and expanding business relationships with companies such as Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express, and Alliance Data Corp.
"Mark's sales and business development experience will help us continue to deliver value to more credit unions by driving the expansion of our card processing and agent issuing business," said Scott Wagner, executive vice president of TNB Card Services.
