DUBLIN, Ohio — Maryland & District of Columbia Credit Union Association President/CEO Mike Beall has been named an ex officio member of the Credit Union Outreach Solutions, Inc. Board of Managers.
CUOSI is a cooperative organization headquartered in Ohio which was formed in 2006 by the Ohio Credit Union League to offer turnkey outreach and community commitment initiatives and programs to credit unions nationwide. StretchPay–a credit union salary advance alternative–is the first program to be introduced by CUOSI.
CUOSI membership is now comprised of three leagues–Ohio, Wisconsin, and Maryland/D.C.–and 40 credit unions in four states and the District of Columbia.

CUOSI officers include DayAir CU CEO Bill Burke, chairman, MidState Educators CU CEO Dick Maslyk, vice chairman and Communicating Arts CU CEO Catherine Herring, secretary/treasurer.
Others members of the CUOSI Board of Managers are as follows: Doug Fecher, CEO of Wright-Patt CU; Tom Griffiths, CEO of Atomic Employees CU; Dorothy Lester, CEO of First General CU; Barry Shaner, CEO of Toledo Area Community CU; Paul Mercer, ex officio, president of the Ohio Credit Union League; and Brett Thompson, ex officio, president/CEO of the Wisconsin Credit Union League.
