WASHINGTON — Pentagon Federal Credit Union (www.penfed.org) willbe integrating its mortgage loan origination and servicingfunctions with a new enterprise content management system fromFiserv Inc.
The Nautilus ECM system will be used to help automate processesby imaging and routing files and prompting staff at the $11.2billion CU to perform routine tasks established in standardizedworkflow, increasing productivity and efficiency, the companysaid.
The ECM tools will integrate with Pentagon FCU's existing UniFiPRO loan-origination system and Fiserv Loan Servicing Platformsolutions, according to Wisconsin-based Fiserv(www.fiserv.com).
