BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Fiserv has announced the release of a new version of its CheckFree Adjustments/Express system, which promises to automate ACH disputes the way it electronically processes check adjustments.

The image-based, workflow enabled system automates back-office case management processes. A/E's new version utilizes rules-based case processing, prioritization, and reporting methods to enable users to work cases and manage compliance within regulatory and network guidelines. Fiserv said the new system would result in faster case resolution, quicker access to item data and images, and paper reduction.

"Our A/E customers are already seeing remarkable results, including full-time equivalent savings greater than 30%, closed cases improvements of more than 10%, and average productivity increases of 90%," said Mike Ringuette, executive vice president for Fiserv Global Payments.
