SAN ANTONIO — On target for a branding coup, San Antonio FederalCredit Union said Friday a modernistic mobile ATM it purchased lastfall and operating this week on the grounds of the San AntonioStock Show & Rodeo is already reaping huge transaction activityand “is giving us valuable marketing exposure.”

“We couldn't be more thrilled with the results and I'd say we'reprojecting 4,100 transactions and $325,000 in cash by the rodeo'send,” said Mark Dwyer, senior vice president and chief financialofficer.

The self-contained and remote control ATM, purchased fromCouvrette of Salem, Va., has been serving rodeo patrons “with linesfour and five deep” while bringing in surcharge income of more than$11,000 in a two week period, said Dwyer.
