DES MOINES, Iowa — Retailers across the country may have posteda weaker December than they would have liked in 2007, but TheMembers Group reports a significantly stronger year for its giftcard program.
The Members Group and TMG Card Services are CUSOs associatedwith the Iowa Credit Union League. The CUSO's ATIRA line of prepaidcards has offerings suitable for gifts, bonuses, and reloadablepayroll cards.
According to Jeff Falk, director of product development for TMG,the organization saw gift card sales almost double in 2007 versus2006.
