ALBANY, N.Y. — SEFCU has announced the recent promotion of JohnLawler from senior vice president to executive vice president ofWealth Management Services.

Since 1993, Lawler has been responsible for the CUSO aspresident of Asset Management Services at SEFCU. In his newposition, Lawler will oversee the newly acquired Colonial Insuranceand Kenneth Fake Insurance Agencies.

Lawler earned an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute andholds his Series 6 and 63 Securities licenses, his New York StateLife, Accident, and Health Insurance license, and New York StateProperty and Casualty Insurance license.

SEFCU was established in 1934 and is among with 70 largestcredit unions in the United States with more than $1.4 billion inassets, 156,000 members, and 28 offices.
