MILFORD, Conn. — Perimeter eSecurity has acquired a provider of outsourced e-messaging compliance to public and financial services companies.
The purchase of Secure Electronic Communication Compliance Archival System complements Perimeter eSecurity's lineup of more than 50 on-demand security services, the company said.
The SECCAS software system collects all required electronic communications through a single, password-protected, user-friendly interface that can be accessed by compliance officers using a standard Web browser, the company said.
