ST. LOUIS — Design/build firm NewGround has found its new CEO in President/Chief Operating Officer Kevin Blair.
Blair replaces Ted Golitz, who has relinquished his position as CEO and will continue to serve as board chairman.
As president/COO, Blair has directed and managed the business development, branding, consulting, design and build divisions of NewGround. With over 20 years of experience in the delivery of strategic facility solutions, Blair is also credited with spearheading the transformation of six independently operated companies into one organization–NewGround.
In addition, Blair's vision guided the development of NewGround's “Integrated Service Delivery” which combines branding, strategic positioning, innovative design and construction services with strategic consulting, site selection, retail media and culture programs to create Experience Retail environments.
